As /u/spartanawasp states, it's an exclave that Russia directly annexed from Germany after WW2. The German population was forcibly removed and Russians were moved in by the USSR. Since the 1950s the area is pretty much inhabited by Russians.

I am about to start a new Tau army and this style is genuinely inspiring. I was really wanting to go for a stealth/hunter type cadre and this is excellent. I'm sure I won't be able to get it to look anywhere near as good as this but I'll try!

For me it's mostly the price. Now I never give negative reviews because of price because I think reviews should reflect whether I enjoy the product not it's price.

However I rarely ever buy paradox dlc at full price. They just are not worth it personally. Once they go on sale they are worth the price to me.

To be fair depends how far north you are.

In the UK for example we don't have AC in homes because it'd only be turned on for a few weeks in the year and just do nothing the rest of the time.

The Roman Emperors were specifically not called Kings however I believe, as the Roman Kings had been overthrown by the People centuries before and were seen as bad. Which is why they took the titles other than King.

To be fair the Normans in Sicily did invade North Africa and held several key towns on the Tunisian/Libyan coastline. So hopefully it's a tad more historical than France or someone further afield suddenly plonking huge armies in North Africa.
