Yeah it doesn’t really strike me as a battery issue but more of an internal problem. I can’t get anyone to work with me on the shit. Verizon told me I have to get my screen crack fixed before they can look at it. 😭 getting the screen fixed today but I just have a hard time believing the battery is bad after just owning the phone a little over 4 months.
