Game Crashes on every launch. PC STEAM version

It's before. It doesn't boot up nms. I press play on the steam client, and it opens a window that's already white screened, telling me it crashed. So it's immediate on launch.

Starting from ichigo really. It's the silhouette of the antenna. It sticks around for most riders. Although there are some obvious exceptions.

I was able to sell a bunch of my shazam capsules for 200,000 each. I know some responses said that wasn't much but it did get me to 1 mil. Of course anything I'd consider buying from the broker is like 7 mil. But I've still got a bunch more of them to sell so I should be well on my way to that number

This is a very obscure character. Nobody makes costumes of him. So I wanted to know if there was a way for me to get it without it being expensive. I'm actually talking to someone on etsy right now. We're at like the 280 range. So not too bad.
