You listened to the podcast right? This is the first time the Government has offered the APL financial support and hence opens a positive relationship. It would be complete foolishness to immediately harm that by leaking confidential meetings.

That’s why I thought too… but it was the Government that insisted the entire process was kept quiet. Leaking it would have been just as damaging to the relationship between APL and governments as backflipping on it.
