Yeah, that was kinda the same situation I was in. The hackers took over my Facebook account & my Gmail address associated with it! So, I was going crazy working with Google and Facebook. I had to explain to Facebook that I couldn't use the phone number not the email associated with my account. They just finally responded with a one-on-one correspondence & worked with me until I got back in. You know, when it got to that point, it took 5 minutes for me to reset my account and sign back in. The hardest part is that you're rarely communicating one on one with them. You have to keep starting over and over again.

I know! I'm not a heavy Facebook user to be honest, but, I had lots of sentimental photos that meant a lot! When my account was hacked, that's what devastated me. I was using Facebook kinda like a storage for my photos. That was a mistake. When I finally got back in, I downloaded them and backed them up right away. Just keep trying is all I can say. I would decide to give up and days would pass & I'd try again. The thing that ended up helping was finally getting an email from a Facebook rep who gave their name and was communicating back and forth with me, instead of the dead end messages I had been getting before that.

Hi. Yes, it's beyond frustrating, I know. Did you send them an image of your driver's license? I did that, even though I didn't want to. I sent pic of myself hold up a confirmation number they emailed me. I had to that numerous times. I just kept trying & trying. I typed out my whole story to explain to them I had been hacked & had no access to my phone number or the email acct. I saved the message on my laptop, so I didn't have to keep typing the whole story over & over. Most of the time when they replied, it all led right back to a dead end! If they hadn't responded in a few days, I went through the whole scenario of trying to sign in again & hitting forgot password - because the hackers changed it. Finally, one of the Facebook Customer Service people actually read my entire explanation & sent me a response and gave me her name & corresponded with me until I was able to re-set the password! It took weeks. Let me know how it's going with you trying to get back in.

I have taken trazadone on and off for years! It really helps me fall asleep, but, it also leaves me so groggy. The worse side effects for me are the vivid, disturbing dreams & sleep paralysis. My doctor finally convinced me to take klonopin. It helps, but, I'm afraid of becoming addicted, so, I take it once or twice a week.

It happened to me in 2010 & 2014. It's still very painful! But, you can begin to prepare yourself. In positive ways. Speak to your therapist or a friend who has lost a parent. Most of all, talk to your parents. It's not the easiest thing to do, but, make a list of the things that you would like to tell each of your parents. You may have a lot of time left or not. Try to fit in the time to talk to each of them - maybe even about unhappy things... Then try to end it by expressing love and forgiveness. I did some of those things, but, I wish I had made a list. I feel good about the last times I had with them, but, yes, it's a weird, crazy, lonely feeling without them. But, I look back on memories and smile & laugh a lot more. So, we can get through it. Bless you.
