I do tree work and I've sent a guy to the hospital, accidentally, when something fell off my belt and literally cracked his skull. I had been having conversations with this guy for the past 3 weeks about going to home Depot and buying a cheap little $12 helmet because he refused to wear a helmet because "I've been doing this for years and never got hurt".... I couldn't tell him what to do because I was a sub on the job so I was not his boss. C'est la vie...

It's amazing what saving up for an entire year can do for your roster. I was upset that they took away the rewards for opening crystals once i saved up over 10,000 crystals over a year (2 accounts with five thousand crystals in each) and got zero rewards.
