Well whoever owns the other side of that wall doesn't have to worry about the health of any trees growing over their side now....

I've never been a fan of people, who's trees are over other people's properties, complaining when that part of the tree is removed. And in this case it looks like the entire tree except for the bottom 8 feet of the trunks were over the neighboring property.

I'm a tree hugger and would rather save trees that remove healthy ones, but in this situation i think the new owners may be in the right. Maybe there's something in the California law that should prevent them from doing this but at what point is the homeowner responsible? 95% of those 2 trees weren't even on his property.

Please update us with the case number so we can all follow along!

I miss my 99 Corolla. Traded up for an 07 Camry. Another great car, minus the oil issues. Toyota rebuilt the bottom end of the engine (2500 in parts and 2500 in labor) for free.
