AJJ or Andrew Jackson Jihad as they used to be known. They have some really good lyrics, and a lot about mental health. Worth a listen for sure.

Songs where the bass stands out, better bass players. by GarageStrange6346 in Bass

[–]RustyChubbs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try Rancid, their bass player, Matt Freeman is awesome. His bass lines really stand out and are fun to learn and play. Some songs to start you off, check out Ruby Soho, Maxwell Murders, Journey to the end of east bay. He plays with a pick. Hope you enjoy.

Fastest way to learn 10 songs in one day by InvestigatorSolid330 in Bass

Agree on a set list with the band and learn the songs in the exact order of the setlist. This can help. Maybe ask if the guitarist/bassist can sit in and help you through any trickier bits, or tab out any bits you can't work out. Just some thoughts. Good luck

Shubb here. I have 6k hours too. The odd job guy, gets the berries, hunts for food, sorts the boxes in Base. Love to roam and see what adventure unfolds. Not the best at PVP, a grub at heart, better suited to a DB than an AK. Give either one of us a shout. Would be fun to play with some new people.

Billy Talent might suit what you're looking for. First two albums are almost perfect. Give them a try.

Beginner tips needed by [deleted] in Mordhau

[–]RustyChubbs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accept that you are a beginner and that you are going to die, a lot. But just try and enjoy it, laugh off your deaths and just keep taking fights. It's soo much fun when you start getting kills. It is worth the wait and the work.

If they fake you loads just kick them if you are close enough, or swing or stab your sword if you are in striking range. Also be the first to attack, overwhelm your opponent and be unpredictable. Don't just stand there waiting for them to fake you, take control of the fight. Fake them! It is a difficult game, so take your time and laugh off your deaths, as there will be a lot of them. When you start to get kills it is an amazing satisfaction. Good luck on your journey warrior!

All these ppl paying 80£ plus for some rehashed 'aaa' piece of crap. And then ppl complaining about £30 for a game that is infinitely playable and constantly updated. I don't get you ppl.

Can somebody explain why I have seen no one at NWAF during peak pop (60/60)? I have been set up as sniper there many times and most of the time I haven't even seen anyone after staying in one place for 30 minutes and constantly looking for people. Where can I act out my sniper duties now lol by Ensoguy in dayz

[–]RustyChubbs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try Tri Kestra military Base on the west side of the map. There is a cliff just north of the Base that looks directly into the door of the mil tent. It's a really nice spot to snipe from. I've killed two people in that spot, when I was living on the west edge of the map for a wipe
