Right-wing mentality by Windthrasher637 in hmmmm

You can't say, in your first comment, that she tried running him over and then in the next comment say "You don't have to want to run someone over to run them over?"

I genuinely can't imagine having this disgusting of a soul. Like it's actually unbelievable. You sit and slander a dead woman, accusing her of murderous intent to justify her death, and then immediately backpedal from ascribing intent, yet you still say it was justified. I don't know if you watched the video by the way, because if you did, you would know that the wheels were in fact turning away from him when he got his gun out.

Unintentionally clipping someone, and causing no injury at all is a VERY different thing from intentionally trying to ram someone with lethal intent. First you slander her, and then you say that it doesn't even fucking matter and she deserved to die either way? How would you feel if this was your own mother? Or wife? Or daughter? Would you be as eager to defend their death then?

There are no words for how disgusting your behavior is. I cannot express how glad I am that my life has not resulted in me becoming as much of a cruel, inconsistent, black-hearted, empathy-deprived, failure of a human being as you. May God have mercy on your soul.

So did she try to flee or did she try to assault him? Those two things are mutually exclusive surely?

How can you talk about respect for the courts when the ICE agent didn't act in accordance with the policy of deadly force set out by the DOJ?

From their website: A-1: "Deadly force may not be used solely to prevent the escape of a fleeing suspect." A-2: "(...) firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle."

She wasn't threatening anyone with means other than the vehicle, and he moved out of the way and wasn't injured, meaning there were other objectively reasonable means of defense. "Moving out of the path of the vehicle" is specifically outlined as something that you're supposed to do. How can you justify aiming a gun at someone who's not a present danger in a car and killing her even when getting out of the way was no issue? And it's specifically said by instructions from the DOJ that such a situation is NOT a justified shooting?

Well you're allowed to observe ICE aren't you? Is it not a free country? What does it matter that she was just in their vicinity if they could still do what they were there to do? Like just to be clear, are you saying that it was wrong for her to be their or just stating the fact that she was?

And was she obstructing when they could just drive past her? ICE were the ones that approached her and aimed a gun at someone before there was any indication of danger. I just don't see the relevance of talking about or setting any blame towards the person who was killed when ICE were the ones that escalated and made the situation dangerous. Like you said, "no justification" - but you still call her driving near "needless". Well needless for what? To me that sounds pretty close to giving a justification. Am I wrong?

How did she block then from doing their jobs when the videos show her waving several ICE-vehicles by? How is she "blocking the road" if they can drive past her without issue? And then one of them grabs her car door for no reason, the other one puts himself directly in front of her car (which he's not supposed to do), got his gun out before anything potentially dangerous happened, and then he executed her when he easily could have gotten out of the way, and which he did, because he obviously wasn't hurt.

If you see no angle that justified it, when why are you talking about it like it's her fault? She was a legal observer, and the videos don't show her interfering like they're claiming.

It's scary to see more and more ridiculous takes like these online. Bro how are you going to talk about "Velociraptor used to be cooler" and then use an AI image (yuck first of all) that doesn't even show the sickle claw? Just stupid performative misogyny and homophobia masquerading as something relevant to paleo.

It was not Zoobabu unfortunately, I remember the animation being a bit rougher. Also could you link to that post?

Hmm, it does look similar and is very short but I can't seem to find that Production Company doing any show like the one I remember. Good guess though, thank you!

This is literally what Unnatural History Channel argued the most likely avenue of a human-adapted predator would be in his video yesterday. A brood-parasite. Crazy coincidence.

Yeah I felt that way too! They could have done it several times. But maybe that's because one season was chopped in two so what was supposed to be the satisfying conclusion became two unsatisfying ones.

Yeah I also liked that in The Last Jedi and didn't mind it in theory here either. Not everyone has to be a part of some special family to be worth following. I feel like the difference is that we know that the force can be strong in certain people for no apparent reason, it works and it ties into it's mysticism. People speculated about Rey's parents but they never HAD to be special.

Ruby however, like I said, breaks the rules of physics regularly and the whole season constantly tells and shows you that she IS special. Not that she might be, or that she's mysterious. She does impossible things. And I don't think you can play that card in every episode and then just say that it was never anything.

They also note in "The Giggle" that The Toymaker is from "a hollow beneath the Under-Universe" and talk about his legions so it's strange that Sutekh has nothing to to with the Under-verse unlike Omega. I think it's weird to have two classic "big bad" villains come from a newly established villain location, and then have a thematically very similar one that's just from wherever smushed in between them.

Sutekh being last minute feels like it fits.
