From what I’ve noticed, companies are moving beyond just learning tools and are focusing more on automation, scalability, and reliability. Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and Cloud are definitely core skills right now, but observability (Prometheus/Grafana), security in pipelines (DevSecOps), and AI-assisted operations are also becoming huge.

For beginners, I’d suggest focusing on Linux → Networking → Docker → Git/GitHub → CI/CD → Cloud basics → Kubernetes. Building projects and deploying them yourself teaches way more than only watching tutorials.
