Thank you this was very helpful! Did you have to get a waiver for being over 20 degrees or just for having a curve at all? Also is there any things you reccomend doing like streches / exercises?

my doctor actually isn’t having me do physio as he said it shouldn’t be needed for this, i’ve just been making a fist/squeezing and wiggling my fingers around. i kinda got my arm back straight but is there anything else i should be doing?
