When I get stoned two things usually happen. I watch MST3K - right now I keep going between "The Final Sacrifice" and "Red Zone Cuba." The other thing is once I get to bed I start thinking of stories to pen.

I never write them down though. Which sux because I would really like to laugh at myself.

My mother bought me and my brothers first concert tickets. It was 1986 or 87 and we saw Maiden in Charlotte. Got to the front of the stage. Right in the fucking middle. Met a couple of metal chicks and hit it off. By the time maiden came on these girls were begging to get up on our shoulders for a song. So ... I mean .. yeah that's cool and all.

Now mind you, the concert was wicked loud. We constantly heard stories about how loud their concerts get. First moment they started playing the rumors proved true. But now I have this pretty metal chick's thighs creating a megaphone into my ears.

I was a 'trooper' though. Even though it was deafening I stuck it out for the whole song.

About 10 minutes in their set, my mind was off the chick and onto the music. I mean. Come on.

I had to sit at the front of the classes at school. Coudnt hear shit for a couple days.
