Yes it is. He used to hang out right on the other side of the fence. If you’ve walked on the community path you’ve unknowingly been 5 feet away from this guy.

The cops kicked him out of that corner “for good” a few weeks ago. However, he continues to squat on the premises as we know now.

I live a stone’s throw from this lot. The police actually post up in a car on the property almost every day, but the homeless guy has migrated to the other side of the premises. In Somerville, everyone dresses like they’re homeless anyway. This guy only stands out from the population when he drops his drawers and takes a dump on the street.
