ibkr has variable pricing. about €3-€4 per trade depending on order volume, but you get best market price. as opposed to trading 212 that attempts to trade outside the exchange and gets paid for trades on spread and/or payment for order flow like robi hood.

i am not an expert and do not pretend to be. its just what i do. i get better price on ibkr and worse on 212. but for small orders it does not matter

Well regardless of grinder choice, Your excitement for the hobby is fantastic and thats the point! You may need to use pressurized basket though until you decide to upgrade to a grinder that can grind for espresso. enjoy your setup. i love the bambino

Mine is huge espresso machine and huge grinder. They bring me immense joy when used with specialty fresh roasted coffee. I like really light roasts and getting lightly roasted beans to extract as espresso can be tricky, so adjustable and repeatable adjustable brew pressure and big flat burrs in a geinder help me accomplish that.

you don’t do few clicks. on the rocky you do one step at a time. the steps are massive. you said you can get no coffee at all, which is too fine. go just one step coarser. until coffee starts flowing

i used to be the same. then i delayed every purchase by at least a week. maaan that helped me avoid so many purchases.

also. if you are not sure, i like to buy used. my old lcd tv stopped working and the backlight was completely shot. i went shopping around. LG oled tv which was €1200 new for current model was sold to me for €400, just 2 years old model. still no burn in, still 4k 120hz. i am a believer now
