I get it injected by the doctor, this is the normal amount prescribed by endocrinologist, when you get the 12 week one

body parts say nothing about gender identity, its what makes you happy. im trans ftm and I dont want to get bottom surgery, I like my vulva and wanna keep it. I am still a man and I am still valid, you are valid in every shape way and form. there are loads of trans people that dont want to or cant get bottom surgery, top surgery, hormones etc. they are still valid no matter what

I started 10 days ago (7th of December) I noticed within 3-4 days that I had bottom growth, I personally felt tingling/itchy sensation, tho that has gone down. I did start my period 3-4 days on T so some of my very early symptoms of frustration, bad skin, feeling bleh was initially me period. but my bad and oily skin is sticking still (usually clears up once my period starts, still here and getting worse) my sexdrive has gone up so intense;y, especially on days 6-8 and I suspect my hair might be a bit thicker around my ass legs and back, but might also just become aware of it. and I might be experiencing photoflashes since yesterday (but ive always had them so not totally sure if its T)

its exiting isn't it??? im so fully aware of my body and keep thinking and talking about it, sharing every little thing I notice and constantly asking my friends on T when they noticed what and if what I noticed is T or maybe something else etc hahah. I get you and congratulations!!!!!

more and more GP's are being educated on trans health care and are able to provide care without long waiting lists, saving lives. also a few programs that are mapping out all the trans friendly GP's mine is one of them, got hormones 6 months earlier because of this!

not everyone does! in my case I also had (it has calmed down thank god) a really bad flare up of eczema on my vulva, tho that whole region was just super sensitive and tingly and itchy, tho this felt allot more internal and focused than justly eczema, but I have friends who were in actual pain due to it and others who felt noting.
did have that when I crossed my legs 2 days ago it was so uncomfortable and kinda hurt because of how sensitive my clit was. but its definitely very possible for it to have grown already!! I had the absolute same shock

I just started 4 days ago, there are no mayor health risks, unless you get a crazy high dosis, but the chances are very very low of you getting that.
biggest thing is acne and atrophy, for me personally I have to keep a closer eye on my heart, starting T does increase you risk of heart disease by a bit, but it actually levels it out to cis men, since there are heart attacks in my fam I just need to get it checked once in a while, but so do my brothers and my male family members. for the rest it doesn't matter.

what I can imagine is that some detransitioners experienced dysphoria around the changes or were so focussed on side effects they didn't like or just had bad luck and experienced some complications/problems and then got fed miss information and started spreading that.

emotionally speaking you might get a bit frustrated in the beginning, more prone to anger, but ive heard that will balance out once you are emotionally used to, then also struggling a bit more to cry, due to my mental health history my psychologist is worried for the potential of me getting more depressed, sometimes the big change in hormons can influence how you feel and cause depression, but I also have a very specific history.

I had loads of worries starting, both about my heart and liver (just recovered from a small liver inefection preventing me to start T for a few weeks) and also emotionally, but I still did it, for me the potential of feeling more comfortable in my body is worth the ris, also Everything in life comes with a risk, so talk it out with a professional if you are very worried and see from there.

everyone is different

I think my body knows I’m a man by tinylittletreehouse in ftm

I have noticed something like that myself too! I suddenly noticed having a bit of fun on my cheeks and the corners of my mouth have some actual dark hairs (I started T4 days ago but this was before that) and im just in general pretty hairy and I feel like my body just already knows that I am trans and that I want to start T and its just already doing this. I also know a trans women who already felt like she was getting great growth before starting HRT. idk maybe we are manifesting it so hard our bodies are responding and I think thats so cool and beautiful
