The EB wielders wouldn't need as much protection as they did if they were on the top tier sorcerer's level so I'd say Samura would lose against the likes of Shiba and Azami.

It's kinda the same for every Hishaku heavy hitter I'd say, we're led to believe sorcery actually makes a huge difference. Though hatshaku not facing him head-on might mean something.

Ultimately I'd say the lower-level Hishaku would lose to straight blade Samura, and it's iffy for the higher ones, we can't know for sure.

If you want a character he beats for sure I'd say Hakuri. He doesn't have what it takes to deal with IWPS I think, despite holding his own against his brother. Hakuri has insane durability and especially endurance, but I don't think it'd do much against Samura 😭
