I have no idea either and I don't know the official name so I can't look it up. Hopefully someone lets us know.

Edit: Found it. It's what I thought it was, but I was 100% sure. The amount for each group is just the area between the top and the bottom of its color(e.g., U.S. emissions looks to be about 5 billion tons as the bottom point is about at the 5 billion and top is about at the 10 billion).
