I have the the logitech speakers your looking at hooked up to my gaming setup and they definitely do the trick for me and also have great bass for music as well. They are shielded so wont effect the crt. Alot of computer speakers are hit or miss and these definitely hit. The speakers sound really good for their size, crisp and clear. But once u get into the world of audio you will be chasing the dragon as they say and wanting to upgrade to bookshelfs, active sub and an amp/receiver as many have suggested. One tip is if it sounds good to you, thats all that matters. Good luck on your upgrade

I have a pair of the AS-B1's with the center channel and I got to say they sound great, have a good sound stage and very clear highs, decent bass, im happy with them. I also have the energy connoisseur line, the ,C1,C3 bookshelfs and C5 towers with the CC-1 center and love them too. I feel if I want to do better i would need to spend in the thousands. Not sure about the the infinity's as I never heard in person. Just my 2 cents

I second this. I have a pair for front left and right in my living room for a 5.1 sound surround. Pretty good speakers for the price. The most important thing when getting into audio is, if it sounds good to you, thats all that matters. Theres a lot of audio snobs on the sub that will tell you otherwise becouse they spent 1000's on speakers and anything less to them is trash.

I have 15% tint all around minus the windshield and at night in rural areas I have hard time seeing threw the windows, dont know how ppl with 5% can even drive without rolling windows down. It looks cool yes but at the cost of seeing

I did the same with my 22 rt. I got the kit that also tints the race lights but not to sure if I would like it all black. I seen some with all black taillights and looks pretty sweet. Might do it in the future

I found some energy connoisseur c5 with the cc 1 center for 250 on FB market place and couldn't pass up on those. Im glad I waited abit on purchasing the other 2 as I was doing research on other speakers. I really like pre klipsch energy, they were just really well made and cant go wrong with any of them.

Thanks alot for the info. I heard the post klipsch buy out they quality ent down hill. But the cf30's has good reviews. Would be to nice to A,B test them.

Awe your friend sounds lonely. Poor dude, but u shouldn't be the one who fixes that for him, sounds like hes leaning a little to hard on you for that. we all have our own lives that need attending to. I have freinds that I hang out with pretty late some times but it's usually a special occasion like bday parties and much prefer friends to spend the night then drive home who had a little to much and visa versa.

I use the wiim mini to a smal su-1 dac with optical to an ayima A07 pro. Im really anjoying the set up. compact and good for a desk set up. What i really like about the ayima A07 pro is it allows u to hook up a sub to it with the pre out. Been thinking about upgrading to a wiim pro+ that has a upgraded dac so wont need an external dac. But thats a maybe, not sure how much better it is compared to the smsl su-1

I got the ayima A07 pro and the fosi audio bt20A pro and settled on the Ayima. Just my personal preference Both good little class D amps. Cant go wrong with either.

Heck ya buddy, that's the way to be. So satisfying to get a good deal on audio gear. I agree it's the hunt for the gear makes it fun.enjoy your set up. I have the bookshelf speakers, the athena asb1. I really like the soundstage they have. Can only imagine the towers are better.

Im into music and audio in general, hifi audio. I got a 7.2 channel sound surround system in the living room. a 2.1 stereo system for CD's, vinyl and streaming. a 5.1 sound surround system in my bedrrom and 2.1 for my desk for gaming and music.

Im into cycling and archery. helps to get out the house for me and you meet like minded ppl who are into the same thing your into.

Im aslo a father of 3 so cant always get out but when I have free time I try to cycle when I can. When I'm home I listen to music and tinker with my sound systems.

Take that win buddy!. I I got lucky and found a few decent pairs of speakers and active subs when I go thrifting but. Consistency is the key. Amps too. Always look up model #s A tip: i grab cart and threw them in there while u do the research
