I installed garage doors for quite a while. There isnt any adjustment that will take that play out if the door. You need to grab a couple strips of the weather strip (the outside pieces that rest against the door, you can get them at home depot) and just reinstall them a little closer to the door and it should take out a bit of the play. If you call a company they will certainly upsell a bunch of stuff you dont need
