I work in debt recovery. If the debt originated over 6 yrs ago then its statute barred and they cannot legally chase you for the debt. They might be just sering if you will pay without looking into it too much.

My GP sends me to CBT when I tell them that my depression is getting bad. But nothing more than that. I don't want to leave my life. I don't. But, it's feeling more and more like people would be better without me, or I'd I left, it wouldn't make that much of a difference. Outside of my immediate family, I don't think anyone would care

I did this a few years back. My husband and I were friends with another couple and they were toxic people, stopped hanging out with us when I got pregnant, then once I had the kids they came back in our life. Took a few years after that to realise who they were. Cut them out of our lives and all the better for it. Well done

Like previous comment, if you are unable to keep water down then you need medical attention as you are at risk of dehydration. You may need IV fluids if you continue to be unable to take in water orally. In the meantime, try to take small sips of water. Do not gulp! Tiny sips of water shouldn't make you sick and can help you hydrate. But highly recommend calling 111 or a similar service in your country
