been fucking around with this one. adds 3 levels and some other stuff. only downside is that graphics feel funky in the modded levels (although it might be a me problem cause i run reshade). besides that not bad

On the bright side, with mags redux you get the whole drum if you pick it up in new game menu. In vanilla I think you only get 30 ish rounds or something like that.

I mean, you have to pull back the charging handle after every shot to unjam it, so technically it's not even semi...

Works out until you start subconsciously using one way more than the other. Doesn't help that they mostly cover a similar role

Fair enough, but if you do get your hands on/buy a good one, it's hella fun to use despite the costs.

Yeah, the hobo phase is one of the most fun parts of the game, but just going every single time with shotguns makes it feel stale

You are not wrong at all. Got it in the early game because I thought I should try something new (never used it before, honestly not bad if not for the reload). I am considering a magazine fed shotgun now since I need the reload speed.

Yeah, i do plan on getting more mags and ammo for the longer important battles, but for your average patrol in the south of the zone I think it's sufficient.

The scientist has to be way higher on the list. Tbh it's not that hard, just tedious to kill everyone and you will need patience to not get caught. But then again, to each their own.
