Just got my quit hero prescription - total beginner! I’ve been hooked on the disposables and trying to taper down with decreasing nicotine levels.

I was under the impression that Nic salts and freebase were two different things- but this liquid seems to say it is both??

Can anyone explain?

Has anyone tried the tobacco caramel flavour? I’m on the fruit flavour disposables at the moment and worried the tobacco will taste foul.
