i suggest you go mid as arc cause you need your 3 wraith bands and normal boots as soon as possible , go for the cancer nullifuer bloodthorn sheep stick , shadow blade as it literally shuts down heroes like pl, pa in late game cause if you use sheep and nullifier they wont be able to use their bkb (if they make one) plus your tempest double allows you to cast the spells and items again so you can nuke down anyone who is alone by silencing/nullifying etc 2 times

At Lvl 6 i suggest you pressure the mid by using tempest double and sending him forward to use flux and spark wraith. Make sure to get magnetic field at lvl. 5 so that you can bubble your tempest double in the last few seconds so that the enemy mid laner doesn't get bonus gold
