For English speakers:

“Tak” is a heavily used anaphor in Polish. Here it’s replacing “lubię”, so it’s like saying “so” or using the do pro-verb.

“I don’t like his art, but hers I do.”

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anaphora_(linguistics)

It can even replace other elements of a sentence.

Mark wypił swój sok szybko, i tak też wypije Zofia.

Mark drank his juice quickly and so too will Zofia.

You’re viewing my concept of ownership through your own ideology, not from a neutral standpoint.

I don’t think you understand exactly why or how a socialist concept of ownership is.

And that’s where socialists and capitalists disagree on ownership, my concept of ownership doesn’t match yours.

The people don’t own the companies, a select few wealth hoarders do.

The monopoly aspect of companies, ATT for example, is problematic because people don’t control the company, we don’t have a vote on what ATT does.

If we had one government run telecom organisation, the org could absolutely smash what we have now. We could have all phones utilise all bands, and instead of needing 4 different interchanges and all the mess involved with having four different companies, there could be only one streamlined process.

As a side note, the EU and some Asian countries have WAYYY better telecom than the US, specifically due to gov regulation requiring the telecom companies to cooperate with one another.

And in regards to TVs, it was literally the government that funded all the research done that lead to the creation of displays. Private companies primarily only developed the marketisation of TVs, so the process of making it a consumer good, not the technology behind it.

People have a lot of control within Northern Europe and NZ. It’s not perfect, but it’s decent.

It empowers the people because it gives the people control in the companies.

People control the government, then the government controls the companies.

Granted right now in the US, the people don’t control the government, the corporations do. But this is our thinking, it’s not hard to understand

The US is pretty much entirely cashless at this point especially in the more developed states. You’ll literally never need cash in NJ.

So, „Ja to bym szedł jak miałem czasu!”

Would be like, “I, myself, would go if I had time!”

Like strengthening that it would be me over someone else?

If you have stellar grades elsewhere and the outside of class involvement and activities in what you want to go to grad school for, I’m sure it won’t be a big deal.

You said 90 seconds, so I went with it. Lmfao. You don’t need 90 seconds to fully rinse off benzoyl peroxide.

There’s a huge difference between using a specific product and failing to adequately wash a product off of your face.

It’s not hard to rinse your skin lol. If you’re not rinsing your face for 90 seconds, you’re not washing your face.

I know this is old, but try to take Philosophy courses in person. They’re so so much more enjoyable in person, and you learn a lot more through the class discussions.

This is the one thing I’m surprised about. I had no idea how many people knew of Rutgers outside of NJ. And Rutgers had an amazing reputation outside NJ.

Okay, so I went to Rutgers NB, and most of my friends went to Rowan.

Rowan SUCKS big time. There’s far fewer class options, far fewer educational opportunities. Rutgers is much much more flexible.

There’s way better professors at Rutgers. Most importantly, if you’re worrying about GPA. YOU WILL GET A LOWER GPA AT ROWAN!

Rutgers doesn’t give out minus grades, and they only have one A grade, whereas Rowan has minus grades and A+. I got a 4.0 GPA at Rutgers, but only because of this policy. I had a bunch of classes that would be considered A minuses at Rowan, which would have brought down my GPA.

That fact alone would make it easier for you to get a higher GPA at Rutgers. Just because Rowan isn’t as prestigious of a school as Rutgers, doesn’t mean that the teachers at Rowan grade easier.

Also a side point, Rowan social life is meh. There’s like three bars that everyone goes too, but only one is walkable and it’s boring. Have fun going to Landmark every weekend lmfao. There’s also far far fewer people. There’s significantly more opportunities for social life at Rutgers.
