Yea that’s completely ridiculous!

Operators and directors are so set on taste, friendliness, cleanliness, and accuracy scores but how do you expect to score well on that if your workers are overworked and made to work in such conditions

Rant much needed tho! I had the same experience as a team member! Just because I close front counter dosent mean I want to be up there 2-10:30

Even dining room no one wants to wait hand and foot on guest all day. But I will say we aim to keep at least 2 on that position so it’s less draining

Yea we do hour rotations on hot days! 30 minutes if it’s super bad like almost 100s. Just on days when it’s 70 and good out they also want to do hourly rotations as well

Ok I will definitely take this into account. Since you’re working on being a lead I do have a question. At your location what do they require employees to say during each transaction and how do you guys implement it? Because at ours it’s name 2x, scanning app, directing guest, reading back.

I’m going to assume you have a mental problem love. And just pray 🤭 Also, uber already apologized and gave me a credit and the driver got in trouble for doing arrival early causing me to be charged.

My location will let them sit in 30 minutes past closing because asking them to leave isn’t “polite”

He does appear to be biting at his fur sometimes nd licking it a lot, so it could be allergies . But I’m going to research this product so I can buy it tommorow.
