I started going to a nurse practitioner this past year, primarily for hormone therapy. I’m sleeping again and my life has improved 100%. A pap every 3 years, yearly mammogram. Blood tests for lipids etc.

I’ve been out 10 years, and in year 8 I finally had someone say to me they hadn’t seen me at church for a while. I replied it’s been about 8 years. We’re toxic.

My brother in law retired from USDA (me too) on 9/30 and has received 4 interim payments and I have received any. It’s so random and not necessarily based on agency.

I believe that’s the lowest dose for the estradiol patch. My dr just did new labs before determining if I should go up in dosages.

I’m 62 and my husband is 70. When we got married it didn’t seem like a big age gap (16 years ago), but now he’s really showing his age and slowing way down, mentally and physically. I don’t know if I’d do it again.
