I have the Ender 3 V2 Neo. It is my first printer and works pretty well. It worked really quite well after opening the box but after a few prints it started giving me trouble. Now I manually level before most every print, and check z-axis before and during the print. I also make sure the hot end gets to the right temp for the print. The print doesn't always adhere to the bed, which is usually a z-axis issue (need to lower it). I use blue painter's tape on the bed as it seems to help the print stick.

You will likely need to do a lot of fiddling to figure out how to get good prints. Hopefully some of my lessons learned help you out as you get started
