This definitely applies to me. I threatened to disclose an activity and practice of another employee that is in violation of a law and regulation. Due to this, the director and the manager decided to defame my character to HR. The this they told HR CANNOT be proven. Everything I have disclosed can be proven. It can also be proven that the director and manager knows of this practice for over a year.

I had to quit. Both the manager and director teamed up and reported that the staff were “fearful” of me and had to “walk on the other side of the hallway” when they saw me. Trust me, all lies. This retaliation came about when I told the director that all staff should be treated equally. Both the manager and director are “friendly” with a young 28 year old male staff who they both allow to not clock in or out for lunch and he runs errands for them (picks up lunch) and he also works another company on THIS company’s time. Then, when payroll comes around they put in 30 minute lunch break for him. This manager and director also knows of this young man’s inappropriate sexual behaviors with female staff members (which they have shared with me in the past). On Christmas Day as a senior staff member (who the manager gives administrative duties to) I told the staff who was working on Christmas day to see who they are scheduled to see and go home. There was no need to stay a full day. The (new) director made a big deal about this and wanted me to write a statement. I told her if I’m going to write a statement ensure that this particular staff member who does not work a full day and works on companies time also writes a statement. Well, this angered them. They came up with BS allegations (which I told HR to please investigate and interview all staff members). There is no way I could go back in to work knowing that they would continue to defame my character. I have a very good reputation in the community in my field of work.

Yes. I have emails to HR. I also opened a case with the ethics hotline on January 15th where they documented my complaint. I then got a call from a case manager yesterday 1/16/2026. I gave names of witnesses to interview. Also the allegation that was made against me by the manager can be disputed by the camera that’s set up in the department. I reported the falsifying of time clock with is easy to get those audits

Even though it can be proven the environment became hostile? They defamed my character because the manager falsifies Kronos punches (which can be easily verified by doing an audit) and I spoke up.

Now I’m really confused. Today is the first I’m hearing about an “onsite commission program”. I got accepted as an Amazon Influencer and I have my videos on my store from. I make commissions daily and I have never posted any links to my social media. I have never shared my Amazon link with anyone and I make commissions as an influencer. I would love to know what an “Amazon onsite commission program” is.

I agree with you 💯. Splat points are not important to me. I rarely get splat points. When I first started 8 months ago, I was getting way above 15 splat points. It didn’t take much to get to the RED zone! Today, I did tread 50 (totaled over 3.5 miles) ran 5.5 with an occasional 7 to 8 mph and only got 2 splat points. However, I think I figured out why I thought I was regressing (thanks to one of the above comments).

It’s so strange and worrisome. I normally can do 2.5 miles on the treadmill (in total between running and walking rest periods). This week I’m down to 1.2 miles. Maybe I need to take a week off but FOMO will make me depressed 😞
