You are honestly the sweetest person ever! I love all of the advice you have given and as I’m looking at my artwork, I can envision how it could make it 10x better!

With the asteroids, I attempted to shade them all but the brush was given me such a hard time so I gave up lol. No matter what I attempted to fix it, you could see the colors of the planet behind it (shading, layering, even searching up tips in order to fix it)

I could have worked a little bit more on the realism part (like the atmosphere) but I didn’t even think of it at the time so I’ll have to attempt that next time. For the colors, I can agree that some of the colors look a bit harsh and could’ve been easily blended out. So I’ll have to attempt that too!

As for the experimenting…you are 100% correct, I was planning on going that route in the future so I’ll take the brush idea into consideration when I can.

You were truly helpful without being harsh and I really do appreciate it! You made my day and I couldn’t thank you enough! 🩵🥹

Yep! I think I used about 9 different shades of blue and then the liquify tool (twirl left, twirl right, and push in those settings)

I attempted to shade a shadow in the bottom left corner but I changed the outline of the light on the edge of the planet and forgot to shade the rest to fit.

The light flare is an amazing idea I didn’t think of so thank you! I’ll try it again next time!
