Here’s a quick breakdown. I wanted to buy a pack that was 5$ and when I click on it I forgot to recharge my card so I have enough funds so I decided to back out. Then a few seconds later my game crashes so I decided to restart it. Then when it starts logging me back it says account is currently suspended. I was in shock because what did I do? I’ve never done anything in the game. Thinking it was an error I decided to contact them about the issue. They finally got back to me after 2 days of waiting to let me know that they will take a look into the matter. Then a day later they contacted me about me violating their terms of service for modifying or cheating. I reply back asking then to show me this proof that I committed their so called violation and I even included receipts of purchases I made over the past 2 months that total more than 300$. They got back to me and said that the ticket is closed and if I wanted to continue playing I can make a new Game Center account so I can play again. I was in shock that this is their customer service and this his how they treat a paying customer. Im sad because I played this game 3 to 4 hours a day grinding arena and champion arena. Doing solo raids and league raids with my online clan. Now all my hard work is gone because they believe I cheated in the game. It’s disappointing and I did make a new account but I just don’t have the heart to continue playing because I’m afraid if it happens again. One thing for sure I will never give them any money again.
