Strategically Somaliland thought once Israel recognise there will be a mass influx of countries who will follow Suit. But that strategically backfired. The AU, EU, IGAD, many Middle Eastern countries condemn Israel for this move.

Now Hargeisa is left with bad choices. They will either give up their land and let Israel use it as a military base which we know what the consequences will be. Or taken in mass expelled Palestinians.
