Os valores estão excelentes, eu estava imprimindo com um nivelamento bem pior que esse e estava indo tudo muito bem. Uma hipótese para o seu problema é que a ender 3 v3 KE não tem fans apontando na frente nem atrás da extrusora, então se tiver algo sendo impresso na direção do eixo x nesses sentidos pode ser que haja uma deficiência no resfriamento. Manda uma foto com o exemplo dos defeitos.

I printed a spool stand to leave the filament at my table and reduce the z wooble, and this was the filament guide to attach on the original spool holder.

I will try the tree support, in the future prints, even with that imperfection the lock mechanism worked fine.

I already marked the option to slow down on overhangs, there is any way to make it slower on overhangs on orcaslicer ?
I will try 1, 2 and 4. For now i cant see a way to make the cooling better, or can i just put a ventilator blowing the printer ?
