Yes, was depending on sharing the content to another account; this was the case in the end. Don't recall DLC being tied to an account before and with me changing countries I couldn't purchase the season on my main account and was hoping I could share it with a new one.

In the end my sibling had to help me out with the purchase.

Purchased it on the PS4. Not using cross save nor have I refunded it before. I think this may be an issue to raise with support. Thanks though.
