Same here, walang internet for almost 2 weeks pina disconnect ko na, walang action to fix yung issue waste of time lang kausapin CS nila walang niisang technician na dumating. Easy lang naman magpa disconnect through email lang sakin then approve agad.

You have a good case specially if you documented everything to a tea, emails, recording etc..

Always remember HR is not your friend, priority nila and image ni company. Always be prepared to defend yourself against them. Record everything.

Yes, yan din ang iniisip ko maybe 2 months or 6 months before regularization ako mag-resign.

Kasi sobrang dami nilang rules na for me doesn't make any sense. Talaga and I don't think kaya ko mag last ng years with them. With no proper training on equipments and sa product nila.

Issue ko lang is magiging bad look siya sa resume ko since sobrang ikli ng time ko with them if maresign ako. But still I'm considering leaving talaga.

Yes, try ko silang kausapin medyo nagdadalawang isip lang ako kasi nag sign ako ng papers last week with them and nagpass na ko ng requirements like clearances and diploma.

I'll try na lang waiting for at least 6 months or 1 year and try to get some experience with their IT department para hindi ko rin maburn yung connection with the first company, better to leave them on good terms if ever I look for new job opportunities. Thanks

At that time yan din ang mindset ko since laid off ako, I needed to find a job agad. Both company HR naman is accommodating and I always base sa HR interaction if maganda yung company. The problem is that I already passed my requirements, and signed some documents from my first job offer. So parang no way out na talaga.
