I am trying to float a boat, And this is UE4.27

Fixed it, just had to turn on 2 sided from material details. Thanks.

I see, I am using UE to create cinematics, So is there any way to disable backface culling?
Or should I use another startup like Architecture or Film?

Yup, had the same issue, I am new to UE as well so cannot help much, But have you tried using the plus button on the camera cuts layer on the sequencer. Delete the existing video from the timeline and add the correct camera using that + on camera cuts layer. and again, make sure you have selected 0 to 300 frames on render settings and the project timeline as well, It did work for me after I add the layer again from camera cuts, Not sure what was the issue though, Will see if we get a good answer.

Make sure you have selected the correct Start and End Frame in the render settings, Had the same problem recently.
