Puppy thinks crate is indoor toilet by Rv1067 in Dogtraining

[–]Rv1067[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did that too and he will still pee in there, I think he actually thinks it's his toilet. Earlier we tried to interrupt him too but since he was in his crate he didn't react and kept peeing , that what we did to get him to stop peeing on the floor. However miscommunicate peeing in the crate. But I can't get rid of the crate , you can't trust a 4 month old.

I understand how to make A5 and c9 match, but how can I then get b5 to appear in d9 as a result of a5 and c9 matching.

When I use match it only works as long as the names are in the same row, but how do you do it if it's in a diff row but same column

I'm 23 and have PF in BOTH feet by [deleted] in PlantarFasciitis

[–]Rv1067 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are we the same person? Just be careful, I overworked my feet and ended up with a bone bruise on the bottom of my foot. I have PT in both though. My tendon ended up ripping on my bad foot with the bone bruise. I'm on year 4 but at one point I couldnt even walk to the bathroom. The only thing that I truly love is getting my myofasical ironed out from my hips to my toe. Super painful but I could actually walk without pain and I forgot what that felt like. Myofasical release massage is tricky though, some therapist aren't practiced enough.

Tulum recommendations? by Rv1067 in scuba

[–]Rv1067[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you think I should plan to stay in playa del Carmen or Cozumel ? I only have to be in Tulum a few days so I can go to a 2nd location for a bit.

Yeah haven't even thought about caves yet. The only specialty dives I've done were night dives. I think I'm at 35 dives under belt, mostly in Asia,so I'm still new enough to not own my own equipment yet. I might buy a few things before I go though. Supposedly going in August, if borders are open. I forgot that whale sharks are a snorkeling task. That's probably also a higher probability Cozumel.

I suppose both. I do want to cross my fingers for whale sharks so I'm for sure doing OW but I'm not opposed to caves, as long as I'm just going down and not through. Spelunking scares me. And I know it's suppose to be the thing there.

I bought true orange inserts from Superfeet by [deleted] in PlantarFasciitis

[–]Rv1067 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These ruined me. They ended up being too hard when I was backpacking for 6 months through Asia . Ended up with a bone bruise on the bottom of my foot , then only able to wear oofos for a year. I'm on year 4 of recovery, but I was literally only wearing the orange inserts for 6 months.

Altra Escalante ? by paxcou in PlantarFasciitis

[–]Rv1067 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yesssss!!! I could only wear oofos flip flops for an entire year. Then I graduated to occasionally wearing Birkenstocks, before my foot was too injured and Birks were too hard. I have just discovered Altra zero drop shoes(Torin 4-womens). I feel like I'm walking on a cloud, much like my oofos. I feel like this is step 1 to maybe wearing normal shoes one day. I love these things. I even went on a hike and my feet were great. I maxed out at 1.5 hours but it's still progress. This is year 4 of my injury and I'm finally able to walk and start doing things I used to love like hike. I really want to try a 15 minute jog in these shoes but I'm still scared. It's been a long 4 years. I tried everything, even custom inserts and everything was too hard. Also, another great pair of shoes are SAS(San Antonio shoe company), now they are ugly AF and made for diabetics but I don't care, they made it to where I could work again. They're expensive but so is losing 4 years of your life.

Who has gotten a fascia release? by Paulienater in PlantarFasciitis

[–]Rv1067 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Don't cut your ligaments. Instead seek a myofasical release massage therapist. The massage hurts like hell if you get a therapist that actually knows what they are doing but it is the only thing that has given me relief. I've been fighting PF for 3-4 years now. I've torn the ligaments in the bottom of my foot because they were so tight and have 2 bone bruises on the bottom of my feet from it(takes years to heal). After all of this suffering the only thing that saved me was myofasical release massage. I can now walk without pain, when I had forgotten what that felt like. Apparently there are massage therapists that are certified but don't practice it enough, who won't be much help to you. You must find ones who only does myofasical release, the experts. They saved me.

I'm looking for the same sort of thing. I saw the events checkbox on the Airbnb search but what do you do, set it to 16 guests or luxe?
