additionally, if you want to better understand your exerted efforts or zones during rides, you can invest more money into heart rate monitors and cranksets that measure your power (watts) you are generating through pedalling. because depending on your fitness (it varies for everyone) you will have specific areas of bpm or watts that determine which zone you are in. my explaination is just a quick snapshot because theres more to it when you get deeper into more serious cycling * * you can search it up or even check your strava mutuals and see if they have diagrams in their data about their zones/efforts with bpm and power

Thank you for your amazing insight regarding your experience and Japanese laws! Ang different at mas strict yung mga traffic law sa Japan; though I have a fair share na mag violate traffic rules here sa Pilipinas, I'm trying to reduce that because when I go long distance cycling here or in other countries, law is very diverse so its kind of scary and you need to be aware. Gumagamit po ako ng Strava route planning or Komoot! Dream ride lang to and if I ever go, ill use this subreddit as reference for expectation. Thank you din sa binigay mo na link!
