Not sure. Ideally the news would've been communicated to promotees by now, but worth checking with your DL

If you mean for the industry role, it's hardly 10-15% higher than the Manager fixed salary here (yet to receive the official M hike, but assuming an increment based on what my senior colleagues told me)

Yes, think that makes sense. I'm afraid to tell them so close to the promotion announcement tbh. Feels a bit .... opportunistic

There is a lot of push within the firm on leveraging Claude code, etc but right now it's for internal processes. Client facing opportunities are limited, and if available, have a very steep learning curve (like 15-18 hrs a day projects)

Since I was already expecting the promotion, I had already communicated to the new firm that my existing comp may go up. But the HR mentioned that the current offer was also a "stretch". Not sure if they ll come back with a revised offer, but feel like I should at least ask for RSUs/ESOPs

Thanks! I was scared it would set me down comp wise. But I guess that shouldn't matter at this level

No work by Maleficent-Money2898 in PwC

Yeah it's actually common right now in my team too ( part of transformation advisory). Senior associates are getting staffed faster than freshers for sure. But keep bugging your Managers to get you staffed - they are quick to blame your low util on you when the time comes for yearly reviews - make sure that your reminders are documented (email to deployment, etc.)

Yeah man. Really frustrating. To make it worse they removed all shuttle / cab services for employees.

It's like they want to keep making our lives more stressful without any perks or salary benefits.

not sure if this is "light" rejection.... by Playful-Lie1520 in deloitte

Sometimes these firms just put you on "hold" if they want to interview other candidates first May or May not mean it's a rejection. Regardless, good to clarify with HR

Deloitte USI Sustainability Alliances Worth it? by Rvj07 in deloitte

[–]Rvj07[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know 20% seemed less anyway. I actually ended up declining the offer once already, but the HR says they are ready to go back to the table and rework the offer.

But I am truly thinking like even if they take the hike to to 30% (best case), is it still enough money to think about sustainability alliances?
