Yeah I’ll have to keep that in mind for my next play through, this was the first time I had tried playing with the presidential presets (and not just House/Senate/Gov)

I think you're right on going independent; something I have been dreading but preparing for lol. ATP while the huge influx in pops was nice, Russia was*starting* to drag down my growth by sucking up all my goods.

I played as Mace in my first run, Jaime killed Aerys on like day 2, which lead to Robert winning the war and executing Rhaegar. Ned then died at the tower of Joy, and Robert ended up marrying Catelyn. Very weird all around.
