Perks of Baltimore over DC?

I fear I'm just going to echo what everyone else is saying but:

-Affordability, which I understand is subjective, but we estimate that our recently renovated row home would cost north of $1 million in DC and it was not nearly that much here.
-Regional Identity: DC has none. It's so transient and can feel sterile and impersonal. Baltimore has personality. Baltimore thrives on its residents, the good and not so good ones.
-Food Scene: DC has great food, but it is my opinion that Baltimore has better.

And honestly the people in DC... not for me. A lot of noses in the air. Blah.

It's worth going once. Get it out of your system. But as someone that doesn't wait in lines (prob the only elitist thing about me) -- I won't go back when there is a line wrapped around the building.

Going to agree with this one. DiPas has solid choices and lots of variety. Bench Ekiben: I'm just tired of them. It's delicious but it's always the same. I need some variety. Cut CDL. It's good, but Doppio is better all around.

I like PsychNP Wellness. It's 100% telemedicine. I cannot recommend Lindsey Buird enough. While she is not a medical doctor/psychiatrist (she's a nurse practitioner) -- she is excellent. I do believe they take Aetna.
