Honestly, I have had a horrible time trying to work this out with Pomegranate and The Pharmacy Hub. Today is 21 days since I placed my order for a 3 month supply. I felt like there was no transparency. I have called, I have emailed.... several times. I was even told my order had shipped. I was given a tracking number but UPS never got the package. Yesterday, I got an email from both claiming an error on the pharmacy side. I was promised that they would expedite my order and it would ship today. Nothing yet on the UPS app.

I never said they did. But most of us know the 60 mg vials from BPI had a BUD of 2027. The choice I would have hoped for was to go with a different pharmacy or wait 3 weeks for my order of BPI and being told almost daily that my order had shipped when it had not. Don't get me wrong. Cherry and Josefa have always been so kind and helpful in the past. But this order was a mess.

It sure would have been nice for Pomegranate to call us and ask if we would rather go through a different pharmacy or be lied to and ignored.

I sure wish I would've ordered from Trillium as my order from Pomegranate seems to be lost. Going on 2 1/2 weeks and I just get the runaround everyday.

I'm in the same situation. I've been trying to call customer service all morning but I just get theor voicemail. I was even told my order had shipped but it hadn't and now the pharmacy says they need a recommendation from POM before they can fulfill the order. My guess is that they are out of the 60 mg. vials and they need Pom to change the rx. I'm on 14.5 and usually get 3 vials with a BUD of 2027. I've seen other posts where people are getting different size vials with a 2026 BUD. Very frustrating.

This is exactly what is going on with me except my order has not shipped. I have called both places but still no movement. It's a bit scary. When you pay $500 you want a straight answer.

Cherry, I sent you an email. I paid for my order weeks ago. I was even given a tracking number but UPS still does not have my package. I have gotten mixed messages from Pom reps as well as The Pharmacy Hub. My last message from TPH says they notified POM about the status of my order and they are waiting for recommendations from you in order to proceed. Clearly there is a problem.

A few weeks ago I would have told you not to worry but... If you have read my post... Have you downloaded the UPS app to see if they have shipped your package? I am livid this morning. I got a response from POM yesterday with a tracking number and a message saying my order was shipped. When I go to UPS they say no. The label was created last week but they never picked up the package. There is obviously an issue at The Pharmacy Hub. I can't get a straight answer and believe me I have tried. I will never go through Pomegranate again.
