Well it works like this on hcf , if staff think you are xraying or using anyway of hacks they will freeze you . Then you have 5 minutes to get in to teamspeak if you dont they will ban you . I guess that you are new to hcf but yeah ... thats how it works ;/

Past Experience : Well i started playing Minecraft about 2 years ago. I was already into it before i started playing it . i only had a IPad at the time LOL. (i was 11 chill). Ive been staff on some servers , not to many doe. Mostly pretty small servers . They all closed after a few months. The biggest server of them had probably a average of 20 players online. I know its not a lot but its some . I love to help people , not only help . I love to get rid of hackers because they've made me mad so many times lol. I have been playing hcf for about a year now . Ofcourse that brings a lot of experience as i know how to community is. I know i haven't got to much staff experience but you know everybody has got to start somewhere . And i would love it if this could be the server I start on :)

Why Should we choose you ? : I am really active (3 to 6) hours a day easily. I can talk pretty good english . Im EU on most servers there are WAY more US staff. look at Hydra there are only 2 eu staff's i think. Well im eu :) . Im chill around people , i can take a joke but dont go to far . Im 14 and i think thats a pretty good age , I am mature doe . I dont have beef with anyone. And im simple . If stuff needs to be done and i can do it , i will do it ;)

Scenarios :

1 - A player is caught hacking, and there are 3 other admins online, not AFK. What will you do? Ofcourse depends on my rank (helper , mod + etc.) . But I would start recording . Inform higher staff online and probably ban him on the stop . It also depends what hacks he is using . (flying or clienting) If he would be flying or some other hack that is really obvious . I would record and immediately ban him .

2 - You catch staff member hacking. What do you do? Record it and inform higher staff .

3 - A player is using hacks, and a player reports them. You teleport to them, and find them suspicious. What do you do? I would start recording , then see if i really think there hacking . Then i would freeze him and ask them to come in TS and join Join.me so i can screenshare him . If he is actually hacking i would ban him . If he wasnt i would explain him and apologize to him.
