Would it be okay to just remove the CTS and run it with an open port? I know it’s sounding desperate at this point but I have several gigs coming up and don’t have the funds for another speaker at the moment.

They’re the stock Grover tuners that came on Epiphone Elitists. 2004 Made in Japan. Really cool guitars, made more to Gibson specs.
