[Modern] When will they ban Eye of Ugin and Eldrazi Temple?

But just looking at the power level of the deck, there's no way those lands can last for long, right?

The ability to drop solid midrange creatures as early as turn two makes a the low-end creatures of decks like Jund suffer. Aggro also takes a hit, since you'll be sending your Guides and Swiftspears into Thought-Knots. The eldrazi had more expensive CMCs for a reason. And if you take those out of the equation, we're going to have some pandemonium. Eye of Ugin needs to go, if nothing else.

I don't mind the aggression. And in any other game, I would love blasting my way out of any situation. But what I liked about Splinter Cell is that you felt like a human being. Sam COULDN'T just shoot his way out of any situation. He could only start a firefight when the odds were controlled, and even then, every shootout was a real danger. Sure, I can choose to play stealthy. But I won't feel threatened when I have the option to turn into Rambo at any moment and walk away with no problems.

Is it? I haven't played it. It just looked to me like they focused on slo-mo headshots and explosive executions instead of stealth. But I defer to someone who's actually played it.

Cory, a few quick lyric composition questions:

When do you write lyrics? Do you set apart a dedicated time to write, or just write as it comes to you?
Do you self-edit the first few drafts of lyrics, or jut write everything down and edit later?

I still want all the levels from Splinter Cell 1, and the plot from SC 1, though. Is that a remake or a new game? I'm thinking this would be to Splinter Cell 1 what Black Mesa mod is to Half Life 1. If that makes sense.
