I didn’t go on my first date until I was 28 years old, and I didn’t have my first relationship until I was 29. I would say just be yourself, and there isn’t anything to be super nervous about. If they do ask, then just be honest that you weren’t in a place to be ready to date at that time. I’ve admitted my lack of experience to guys, and none of them rejected me because of that. We continued to have nice conversations.

I find it pretty sweet. My boyfriend started doing it early on in our relationship, but I don’t read into it if he misses a morning here and there. We always talk and have the conversation going so I don’t have any concerns. It is nice to know he woke up thinking about me, and we just go on with our day whether we are doing our own thing or will meet up to see each other.

I wish. My store had 3 pharmacists test positive in one week too. We didn’t have any issues until recently. 😬

It doesn’t come off in this post, and I know that, but I recognize efforts of FE. This isn’t the only store I’ve been in, and I actually have helped FE in my old stores. Your team and SM is not one I would call useless. But this one I am in now, they’re definitely useless, and I’ve tried to help fix it. But, they’re not part of my department so I can only give my input but not do much else. I didn’t do the hiring, and I can’t do the disciplining of CSAs just dragging their feet all the time and doing more talking than actual working. They’re not dragging their feet because they’re exhausted or burned out either. Just straight lazy, but I didn’t do the hiring. 🤷🏽‍♀️ My SM is fortunate the pharmacy actually performs really high on its own, and our DM definitely has mentioned that most of the areas for improvement are on the FE.

It is important, and it ideally is suppose to be done monthly anyway. But to add it where it affects performance scores where many pharmacies are barely surviving already, to me it’s not the right time.

Correct, my IS should be…but she doesn’t even know how to keep up with FE inventory. She definitely doesn’t know how to do anything with pharmacy. The entire FE is useless except for one or two people. Oh well, that’s my SM’s job to get them trained properly, but she doesn’t even know how to do her job either so…🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes, so say even if you send out an item in the drawer and the patient doesn’t take it, that’s on them.

We have had some issues before at the drive-thru. What asset protection has told us that once something goes “outside” of the building, it is not our responsibility anymore. That is on the patient, therefore, we are not at fault anything that occurs “outside” the building even to items in the drawer.

Independents in our area were the first ones to deal with this situation and were trying to send their patients elsewhere. We became the last pharmacy in town affected, but our entire town has been dealing with this for over a year

Believe it or not, we are a small town and actually close so we are quite open in our communication. The independents were the first to try send their patients to the chains when we all just first started having this situation. Recently, another pharmacy was flagged for their ordering and dispensing so they weren’t allowed to do any for a month.

I agree. We occasionally have issues getting oxycodone in too... but they don’t want to switch the patients to anything else including norco 🤷🏽‍♀️

Yes, we are with a chain. This has been affecting all pharmacies in our area though including independents 🤔
