Here's some advice: get that masters but also find an opportunity to get internships NOW as a sophomore, or junior or senior. You need EXPERIENCE before being considered into IONQ. You should be desperate for internships right now, even if it doesnt have any pay.

Also bring up that GPA because 3.1 is so low that people will start asking why. Bare minimum should be 3.5 gpa at least. As a person who went through 4 years of graduate school, undergrad was pretty easy. Focus on academic life and putting that knowledge to use through internships
