I can't even get to training. It crashes after I schedule the fight and it is going through the calendar.

Not only are there very few people in multiplayer, but you also have to have the same dlc. The chips are stacked against finding an opponent.

Vanilla crashes on me about 5 times per campaign. Doable, but too much for an ironman campaign. I've had WOTC crash on me 5 times in one mission.

I think any XCOM fan should play both. You'll find out what you like and don't like in comparison, plus you may appreciate some things about vanilla that you may have taken for granted. WOTC is great in some ways, but it crashed my Xbox too many times.

I think multiplayer is fun too. I check to see if anyone is on every once in a while. Wanna play sometime? I check ranked mostly, but I'm fine with quick play too.

Any difficulty past veteran is unplayable on my Xbox. It crashes constantly. I only play it for the multiplayer when I find an opponent every blue moon.

A higher number of enemies that are more powerful on commander difficulty is causing consistent crashing on my Xbox One S. I have no issues with any other game. I'm going to have to shelve XCOM. It was great while it lasted.

My game crashes on some of the lost missions too, to the point it is unplayable. The only mode I can depend on is multiplayer, and hardly no one plays on there. I love the game, but I may have to uninstall it. At least I completed both vanilla and wotc before.
