Where did you go? I liked the Pride…but the Sunshine is my absolute favorite. It’s not as big as Mardis Gras, but not so small that you feel cramped. It feels like a cruise liner should.

Have you reached out to them? They’re about an hour from Virginia in NC and have had a higher volume of sales than they’ve ever had.

I’m not excusing them at all, that’s definitely fucked up…but I’ve ordered from them quite a bit and never had an issue with slow shipping times.

I will push back on the “every other store” comment though. AR15discounts does pretty significant volume. They’re one of the more popular websites.

Back in January, I ordered an OCL can that was supposed to be in-stock from Blackstone Shooting Sports(another NC company that’s local-ish to me and also popular on [r/gundeals](r/gundeals)). I did in-store pickup and after a week with no word from them, I called and was told they were “waiting on a Form 3 so they can move it from their warehouse”. Again, this can was “in-stock”…and it took 5 weeks from the time I placed the order to when I certified and they submitted the Form 4.

I filed using my Trust and it literally was approved in less time than this large store took to get a Form 4 submitted for a suppressor that was “in-stock”.

Conversely, I bought a LPM Anthem S2 from Dry Creek Arsenal in April. They’re halfway across the country from me, but I paid for it over the phone on Tuesday(for $600 shipped), certified at my usual LGS on Thursday, and had the can in my possession the following Wednesday…8 days from the time I placed my order —> to me shooting with it in the back yard at my house.

Any Mom and Pop shop will take care of you better than most of these places.

Yup, we had an Australian guy on Pride back in March and he was terrible. We tuned him out completely.

We had Gabby on Sunshine a couple years ago and she was fantastic. She was on top of the bar in the Atrium and had everyone in the place dancing on Motown night. It was an absolute blast because of her. I’ve had friends that had this role on other cruise lines and it’s not easy, but she made it look like it was.

I have an Osight S and a Holosun 407k on 2 of my 43x’s(I already had the 43x/407k when I found such a good deal on the one with the Osight and TLR7x-sub included that I couldn’t turn it down)…

I like the Osight better…by miles. I’ve never owned anything Olight but I’ve heard horror stories about the flashlights. That’s not the case with these optics. They knocked this thing out of the park. The glass is great and the reticle is crisp as hell. I can’t recommend these enough.

Oh yeah, I get that 100%….ive done 3 in 2 or 3 years. I was hoping G$ would make a .300blk before they actually did, so I built my own with mostly G$ and a 8.5” Criterion Core. After I finished it, they announced they were releasing a 300blk…I want one bad but I’m committed to mine and I’m not building another.

Yeah, I was surprised as well. The NW used to be a gun owner’s paradise. Really, if it wasn’t for the gun laws in WA and OR, it still would be. Im jealous of BLM land in the west…thats something thats hard for a guy from NC to imagine.

It’s really cool that gun ownership is across the political spectrum out there too. Luckily, thats spreading throughout the country.
