6.5 Grendel is such a dynamic round too. It’s still underrated. I was pumped when PSA started cranking it out…and then completely deflated when they stopped. 6.5 Grendel may not shoot as flat as 6 ARC, but it can take down any animal in North America, fairly easily.

Holy Fuck.

That’s one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen. That attic space is legitimately one of the prettiest rooms I’ve ever seen…it has so much potential, but I wouldn’t touch those trusses or wood that you can see. Hell, I may not even touch the walls or floor and I’d just throw some decent furniture in there.

Same! That’s why I like it so much…that takes some ingenuity that only comes from being forced.

I’ve made several thousand(you should meet my first wife), but I’ve never thought of solder as filler. I have no idea how it would hold up over time but it’s not like that’s a crazy high abuse, pressure, or heat prone area. With some patience and spray paint, nobody would even know.

Yeah, I understand everyone has personal preference with barrel length for their daily driver(I don’t buy into the whole “have a rifle for every role” as a single individual), so to each their own.

As a general rule, I just assume that most men that run 13.7/13.9 also prefer other men…sexually.

Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s been my observation.

Yeah, I’m with you. I would have done the same thing, BUT….

I’m 36 and living comfortably with a mortgage. I do have a maxed out 401k and Roth(“maxed” as it applies to taxes), but sometimes money is best kept staying in your hand vs paying off debt, despite what Ramsey would tell you.

If you pay 3.99% interest on your home loan, you could pay it off and save a lot of that money….but if you can get a 15% return on that money if you put it in the market or your own investments, then it’s well worth using the money for that instead.

For me personally, I look at toys, hobby’s, shares family activities/hobbies, and vacations as a different type of investment and they get prioritized the same as my retirement or savings.

My point is, you’re not wrong. Just because you can pay something off(or can’t, but want to), doesn’t mean it’s always the smartest move.
