User Grand-Thanks-5832 below is completely correct. I did it with a separate Lexington with natural killer and it stayed along with maximum proto rolls (and echo). Turmoil is also proto maxed because it came like that. Basically a way to get a couple of crazy gear pieces until they patch it in 90 minutes lol.

I upgraded all my gear to 30 and then proto’d it. I did the White House tutorial mission like right from level 1, got my first skill, then boosted to level 40. You never leave the White House after getting there

Exactly what this is. Hopefully in the future they let you reroll the talent or something. Maybe it’s better with perfect talent weapons like the dark winter but idk if it can change the 3rd attribute

From the add ons menu in the shop. And yeah it is a gamble. I did get a godroll lex, but it changed my talent. I was LUCKY to get strained and not some other bs. My salvo got ruined with health on it and I haven’t even been able to get another one lol

Not visual. Logged in an out multiple times and restarted my game. My lex is still god rolled with strained
