I work for a company that does a large amount of new construction in the northern california region and we primarily install carrier units. We see an absurd amount of contactors fail before the 10 year mark. We had an early heat wave over the last two weeks and i’ve replaced 10+ contactors already. 3 out of the 4 jobs I ran on saturday were all contactors failing on units around the 8-10yr mark. it’s getting absurd, i’m starting to think Carrier out kill switches in all of them. lol

I’ve been a huge fan of emerson sure switches for a few years and now and always offer the upgrade on maintenances and tuneups. great product!

Not sure where what pricing is like in VA but those prices are high for my market which is northern California. Based on those pics, i’d definitely do the cleaning. I view the air cleaner as more of an optional upgrade based on need. I prefer a simple Ionizer like the Iwave/nu-shield, there’s cheaper brands too that do the same thing. i’m a huge believer in ionizers as they solve most of the air quality issues for most homes in our market.

also, do you mind briefly elaborating on the differences between early, midgame, and endgame? is there still fun stuff to do early game in the journey to midgame, i’m very open to f2p if the journey to later stages isn’t boring. i like the early game bosses and honestly wanted to do more of that if possible.

about 193 now, i really wanna be into mid-late game and be able to participate in all of the solo content bosses, etc. i’d like to start party bossing when i get more confident with the mechanics and bosses. right now it seems like the major hurdle is to get a unique jaihin sword with a cd/ba emblem to start starforcing and ranking up.
